High Park Community Advisory Council*

HPCAC Meeting minutes protocol
To help ensure both the accuracy of our council minutes for members in attendance and their timely publicaion for all our members, the following guidelines are used for distribution of minutes.

During the HPCAC meeting
Meeting minutes and corrections from the previous meeting are finalized by the council and approved. These finalized minutes will be posted on the website shortly after the meeting

One week after the HPCAC meeting
At the montly executive meeting (1st Wednesday in the month), the HPCAC executive will review the secretary's draft notes to ensure overall accuracy

Two weeks after the HPCAC meeting
The secretary will provide the draft minutes via email to the members in attendance for comments and corrections.  Comments and corrections will be due back 1 week after the email

One week before the next HPCAC meeting
The secretary will post the draft minutes with suggested corrections to the HPCAC website
