High Park Initiatives (HPI) is a registered charity
dedicated to supporting volunteer-led environmental education and stewardship
programs in Toronto's High Park.
HPI works with the High Park Community Advisory Council (HPCAC) and various City
of Toronto departments to facilitate the protection, conservation and ecological
restoration of the Park's woodland, savannah and wetland ecosystems. Our mandate
is achieved by carrying out and providing support for various innovative
restoration, public education and research programs.
To sustain this vital work, HPI needs to secure a financial base. In addition to
funding from donors such as the Ontario Trillium Foundation, the City of Toronto
and the John and Pat McCutcheon Foundation, HPI depends on community support to
maintain and improve the many activities and programs in the Park.
A donation is a wonderful way to make this happen!
