High Park Nature Centre Open House

Please join us to celebrate Earth Week at the High Park Nature Centre's Annual Open House!

We would like to invite you to attend our Open House Celebration on Sunday, April 27, 2008.  Activities will commence at 1:00pm at the Centre, (located on Parkside Drive, first set of lights south of Bloor Street) and run through until 4:00pm.

The High Park Nature Centre is committed to the promotion of responsible stewardship of the natural environment.  We offer year-round outdoor experiential environmental education programs that provide park visitors of all ages with the opportunity to gain an appreciation of the park's unique ecosystems and to participate in the restoration of the park's natural areas.  High Park Initiatives, the park's registered charity, oversees and operates the Nature Centre program.

Food and refreshments will be provided, but please remember to bring a few dollars to help support the Nature Centre at our Bake Sale!

Many family friendly activities will take place throughout the afternoon and there will be lots of opportunities for nature lovers of all ages to get involved in the stewardship of High Park.
